For the protection of all individuals and the integrity of our business, you may be required to provide the necessary credentials when purchasing certain state, federal, and local badges that contain certain language.
Any full-size badge representing a law enforcement officer will require a valid law enforcement ID, work ID, or a letter on department letterhead stating that the person placing the order is authorized. A superior officer or supervisor must sign this letter.
Badges for retirees require a department ID or retirement documentation.

Badges take eight weeks to produce. (standard finishes). The deluxe finishes can take ten weeks.
It is a crime to falsify any credentials or verification documents.
Once orders are submitted, they CAN’T be changed or altered in any way.
There are NO refunds on custom badges once production begins.
