By purchasing, you are conveying to us that you have the authority or that you have obtained approval to reproduce the requested trademark or logo in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company, government, or Education Institution. The buyer assumes all responsibility if any products do not adhere to the policies set forth by the company they represent, including but not limited to layout, colors, text, logo placement and use, and any required representation of their status with the company. The designs, as provided on this site, do not constitute approval of the design by the respective company or government agency. Buyers are encouraged to read their representing company or government agency terms, conditions, and/or policies and follow the steps necessary for advertising in that respective policy. Those policies are set in place to protect the various companies/brands these trademarks represent.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return Shipping cost are responsability of the buyer.
To receive your refund, please follow the steps below:
Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will quickly respond with instructions for returning items from your order.
To assure your refund, please use trackable mail service; we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. (You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive a refund more quickly in many cases. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on your chosen shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be round off
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: info@915synergy.com
Sale/Promotion items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges estimated to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
Invalid Reasons:
Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example that we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at 915 Synergy . The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
Buyer found items cheaper elsewhere - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order.
